It is with Deepest Regret that we announce the passing of 57 year member & past President of the Ladies Auxililary Gloria Zigrosser on October 27, 2008. Gloria was wife to the late Ex Chief Robert Zigrosser, mother to Ex Chief Charlie Zigrosser, Ex Captain Doug Zigrosser and grandmother to firefighter Michael Zigrosser.
In addition to her family members of the Bayport Fire Department, Gloria is survived by her children Sharon, Kenny and Rick and grandmother of 13, Sister of Regina Chutko and Rosemary Cerrutto.
Reposing was held on Wednesday, 2-4:30 and 7-9:30pm at Bayport-Blue Point Funeral Home. Firematic services were held 8pm Wednesday with religious services following. Interment was held at in St. Ann's Cemetery, Sayville.
