IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT BIG BUCKS BONANZA

Dear Loyal Supporter,

We are writing to tell you that the Big Bucks Bonanza drawing originally scheduled for May 16, 2027, has been rescheduled and will be held on October 25, 2026. The start and end times of
the event will remain the same from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

We have been instructed by the New York State Gaming Commission that pursuant to New York State Law, all *game of chance" raffle tickets must be drawn within 180 days of the first tickets
being sold. Since we began selling tickets on May 17, 2026 for the 2027 drawing, we are required to have the drawing held on or before November 13, 2026.

After extensive discussion with the Big Bucks committee and our membership, we decided to move the event to October 25, 2026, so everyone can enjoy a beautiful fall afternoon in our
park. We will also adjust the food menu to include an Oktoberfest theme, in addition to our usual hamburgers and hot dogs.

We plan on holding the regular Big Bucks raffle in May 2027 and will sell raffles for that drawing starting in December 2026. Since New York State's General Municipal Law restrictions states
sales cannot take place more than 180 days prior to the drawing, we yill not have advance ticket sales on October 25, 2026. We will send a follow-up notice explaining how supporters can
purchase tickets and outlining other changes the Gaming Commission is requiring us to follow under New York State laws.

For 37 years, the Bayport Fire Department has proudly sponsored this fun-filled day without issue. Although the Commission initially asked us to cancel the Big Bucks event, we reached an
agreement with the State Gaming Commission that allows us to proceed, provided the event is held within the required 180-day period. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may
cause. Our membership takes great pride in giving our supporters an enjoyable day, and we nope we can continue to count on your support as we work toward resuming our reqular may
date, with some changes, in 2027.

Please note, your May 2027 Ticket is only vaild for the October 2026 drawing and event. Your May 2027 will not permit you entry or eligibility for that drawing.

To purchase a Big Buck$ ticket, you must download and mail an application with your check, money order or cash.

We recommend only using cash if you are physically dropping off your application at the firehouse. Sorry, Credit/Debit Cards are not accepted at this time.

Could you use $50,000? Over the course of the year, 2100 tickets are sold for $100 each (ticket number 1891 is raffled off at the event), and each participant has a chance to win 50 individual prizes from $500 up to $50,000.

The Bayport Fire Department proudly hosts its annual fundraiser on the third Sunday in May (the Sunday following Mother’s Day).

Your ticket grants admission for you and a guest to this three-hour event, which features a wide selection of food and beverages, including hot dogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, kielbasa, bratwurst, soda, water, beer, and wine. Enjoy 90 minutes of live music leading up to the main event—the prize drawing.

Additional prizes include 50/50 and our 1891 ticket (the year we were established. Tickets are available by application on our website and cost $100. Only cash and checks are accepted.

Official Raffle Drawing Terms & Conditions

Tickets are non-transferrable.
The drawing is held on the third Sunday in May (see individual ticket for details)
No more than 2100 tickets will be sold
All tickets are eligible for all prizes
The drawing will begin with the 50th prize (the lowest) and proceed in reverse order, concluding with the 1st prize (the grand prize).
If less than 2100 tickets are sold by 1pm on the day of the event, prizes equal to 74% of ticket receipts will be award as follows.
1st ($50,000)prize=25% of available prize money
2nd ($30,000)prize=15% of available prize money
3rd ($20,000)prize=10% of available prize money
4th ($15,000)prize=7.5% of available prize money
20 ($1,000)prizes=0.5% each of avail. prize money
26 ($500)prizes=0.25% each of avail. prize money
Purchaser must be 18 years old or older to play and attend. no exceptions. ID’s will be checked.
Only 2 ADULTS per ticket will be admitted to drawing.
You must show your ticket at the gate to enter.
Drawing is held at the Bayport FD, 251 Snedecor Ave, Bayport. You do not have to be present to win. Gates open at 2pm. Event ends at 5pm. Drawing begins at 3:30pm (food, drinks, live music included.
By including your email, you are agreeing to be placed on our email list. (We do not sell your information).
By attending/entering the event you are agreeing to our terms on usage of photo/video for marketing and security purposes (terms available on our website)

The Bayport Fire Department reserves the right to refuse anyone entry to the event as well as remove anyone from the property.
The event is streamed live.
Winning ticket numbers are selected manually in a live drawing, with witnesses present to ensure transparency and fairness.
The selection process is entirely independent of any electronic devices; all winning numbers are drawn using a non-digital, manual method.
The ticket number drawn during the official drawing constitutes the sole winning ticket. In the event of any announcement, printing, or display errors occurring before, during, or after the event, such errors shall be deemed void. Only the actual ticket number drawn during the live event will be recognized as the official winner.
The Bayport Fire Department shall not be held responsible or liable for any such errors and is under no obligation to compensate any individual based on discrepancies resulting from these errors.
