The Bayport Fire Department and Fire District received its newest Fire Engine replacing its 1987 Pierce.
The Fire Engine, number 3-14-3, is a 2012 Pierce 84" Impel Pumper that features a 10" raised roof, Cummins 450 HP engine with Allison 4000 Transmission.
In addition to its 750 Gallon on board water supply, the pump is capable of 2000 Gallons per minute. The fire engine also includes a Husky 12 foam system.
